Questions so far - Topic: Have Courage
First of all…why have courage?
To change we need courage.
Why?
It’s easy to remain the same – running over the same old ground.
Change requires digging that little deeper – dig out your soul.
Where does courage come from?
A decision.
What if fear is holding me back?
Make a decision to conquer that fear and move on.
Can a coward have courage?
Yes of course – there is no such thing as a coward – just a person who hasn’t made a decision to have courage.
Is there a relationship between anger and a lack of courage?
Yes definitely. Anger arises primarily due to frustration, due to lacking courage at a particular time we hold ourselves back, then frustration arises and is then vented. If we start to develop courage then we can initiate a process where naturally our anger is reduced.
Does Internet usage promote cowardly tendencies?
Depends on your approach to the net. It can of course – its easy to hide behind the Internet its easy to say something in an email that we wouldn’t say to somebody’s face. However if we control our mind Internet usage can aid our development of courage.
How can we practically develop and improve our courage?
The most effective approach is to put your self in the service of others – that starts from within the mind. To help and be of benefit to others in whatever way they need – not what you think they need! Also to be aware, monitor and try to reduce the critical mind towards other people. When the critical mind raises its head try to reduce its power by simply not listening to it.
Ask a question.
